On
1/31/2000: Approximately 5" of snow and ice
cover was present at the start of the day.
This snow and ice cover was the result of events
which occurred prior to January 27th, as well
as snow and freezing rain which occurred from
about 7 pm until about 11 pm on January 30th.
Rain continuing from the previous day, fell until
about 4 am. Approximately 0.50" of rain fell
on this day. Approximately 3" of snow and
ice cover remained at the end of the day.
At
6:15 pm: No precipitation was occurring, approximately
3" of snow and ice cover was present, and
the temp was near 32 F (freezing).
